We keep purchasing documentation organized, build listings from manufacturer-supplied product information, and work within the pricing and channel policies a supplier sets. Where a brand restricts where or how its products may be sold, we want that in writing before the first order rather than after it.
Our business credentials — registration, tax and resale documentation, insurance, and receiving details — are available to any supplier evaluating us for an account.
