Transglobal Trading LLC buys inventory for resale. This page is for brands, manufacturers, distributors and importers weighing up whether to open a wholesale account with us. It covers what we buy, how an account gets opened, and what paperwork we hand over.
What we buy
We purchase across four departments, the same four our retail storefront runs on:
- Tools & Electronics: power tools, batteries, workshop equipment, consumer electronics, studio audio
- Automotive: vehicle accessories, automotive electronics, performance modules, replacement parts
- Sports & Outdoors: cycling components, camping and outdoor equipment, travel gear
- Food & Grocery: packaged specialty food, mainly honey, subject to shelf-life, storage and labeling rules
We buy inventory outright. We are not a dropshipper, a broker, or a consignment reseller.
How an account opens
- You tell us what you carry. A line sheet, a catalog or just a link, through the inquiry form.
- We evaluate the fit. Demand, landed cost, freight, how reliably you can supply it, and whether the channels we sell on allow it.
- We complete your onboarding paperwork. We return your credit or dealer application with the documents listed below.
- We agree the terms in writing. Pricing, minimum order, payment terms, permitted channels and any territory limits. All of it settled before the first purchase order, not after.
- We place a first order. Reorders follow sell-through.
Documentation we provide
Every item below is ready and can be sent the same day you ask for it:
- Florida LLC registration
- EIN confirmation
- Completed and signed W-9
- Florida resale certificate
- Certificate of insurance, naming you as certificate holder on request
- D-U-N-S number and Dun & Bradstreet business profile
- Commercial receiving address for inbound shipments. Nothing of ours goes to a residential address
- Trade references, where the relationship allows us to share them
These are shared privately with qualified commercial partners rather than published here. Ask and we will send them directly.
What we ask from you
- Wholesale pricing and minimum order quantity
- Written confirmation of which sales channels are permitted for your products
- Product data and images we are licensed to use in listings
- Realistic lead times and stock visibility
- A named contact for purchasing questions
Channel policy
If your brand restricts where or how its products may be resold, tell us before the first order. We would rather decline a product than take one on and breach a policy we did not know about. A restriction stated up front is not a deal-breaker; a surprise one is.
